{"id":7198,"date":"2010-11-20T19:54:08","date_gmt":"2010-11-20T17:54:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sironimo.com\/\/?p=7198"},"modified":"2010-11-20T19:54:08","modified_gmt":"2010-11-20T17:54:08","slug":"mon-premier-cheese-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sironimo.com\/index.php\/2010\/11\/20\/mon-premier-cheese-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Mon premier cheese cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alors, pour mon premier <em>cheese-cake<\/em>, j&rsquo;ai fait un <em>cheese-cake<\/em> avec une base sp\u00e9culoos.<br \/>\nD&rsquo;abord, j&rsquo;ai rassembl\u00e9 tous les ingr\u00e9dients : Sp\u00e9culoos, beurre, \u0153ufs, fromage \u00e0 tartiner, sucre et petits suisses, rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pour \u00e9craser les sp\u00e9culoos, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"lytebox\" href=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_ingredients.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-7202\" title=\"cheese_cake_ingredients\" src=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_ingredients-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"cheese_cake_ingredients\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Puis hop&#8230; La base en sp\u00e9culoos puis par dessus, le fromage (l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient secret du <em>cheese cake<\/em> :p) + petits suisses, et au four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"lytebox\" href=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_four.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-7201\" title=\"cheese_cake_four\" src=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_four-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"cheese_cake_four\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a> <a class=\"lytebox\" href=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_cuit.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-7199\" title=\"cheese_cake_cuit\" src=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_cuit-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"cheese_cake_cuit\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Il devient un peu plus jaune apr\u00e8s cuisson.<br \/>\nUne fois que c&rsquo;est cuit, on le met au frigo pour attendre qu&rsquo;il durcisse bien et soit bien fondant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"lytebox\" href=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_fini.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-7200\" title=\"cheese_cake_fini\" src=\"\/wp-content\/images\/2010\/11\/cheese_cake_fini-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"cheese_cake_fini\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Et voila, il est pr\u00eat.<br \/>\nPar contre, je pensais que je l&rsquo;avais rat\u00e9 parce qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait tout accroch\u00e9 dans le fond et impossible de couper de jolies parts&#8230; Alors R\u00e9my est venu \u00e0 ma rescousse et il a pass\u00e9 le couteau sous l&rsquo;eau chaude avant de faire des parts!!
